Founded by Wayne Venter after identifying a need for clients outside of the UK to have someone represent them and their interests and advise them in the process of acquiring UK properties, our brokerage has been built on decades of experience across the globe. Starting his career in South Africa as an estate agent for a premium brand, Wayne has worked in real estate, as well as property development and managing real estate portfolios, dealing with real estate agents in numerous locations, including London, New York, Johannesburg, Kwa Zula Natal and Cape Town, before identifying the need for CapEx Properties to assist foreign buyers looking to enter the UK market.
Since entering the UK market, we have gained experience in selling new homes and investment properties in central London, including Kensington/Chelsea and surrounds, as well as buy-to-let properties in the Northern Powerhouse cities, such as Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
Meet Wayne Venter
Wayne has been an entrepreneur for 26 years, 20 of which have been in various roles within the real estate/property sector. He’s been an estate agent for a premium brand in South Africa, selling luxury apartments and offices in the centre of Sandton. He also worked with a property developer, developing projects in Johannesburg and Durban, as well as building and managing his own residential property portfolio in a regeneration zone in Sandton, South Africa.
He’s worked in Real Estate in London, selling new homes and investment properties in Central South London, as well as buy-to-let investment properties in the Northern Powerhouse cities and London commuter belt towns.
