CapEx Property Finder UK Fees
Our property search and/or acquisition fees include assistance with buying/purchasing a residential property for own occupation and/or investment, as well as assistance with search and securing a residential rental property. CapEx Properties is registered for VAT and the fees reflected below exclude VAT.
1. OWN OCCUPATION RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SEARCH FOR PURCHASE
The property purchasing/sourcing fees are broken down into two parts:
RETAINER FEE £1500
The retainer fee is non-refundable and due and payable upon signature of our terms document before CapEx Properties commences the property search. The buying retainer fee is deductible from the Success Fee
SUCCESS FEE
Once we have sourced and secured the desired property, then the Success Fee becomes due and payable. The Success Fee, payable on exchange of contracts, is calculated as follows:

2. BESPOKE INVESTMENT PROPERTY SEARCH FOR PURCHASE
The property purchasing/sourcing fees are broken down into two parts:
RETAINER FEE £1500
The retainer fee is non-refundable and is due and payable upon signature of our terms document, before CapEx Properties commences the property search. The buying retainer fee is deductible from the Success Fee
SUCCESS FEE
Once we have sourced and secured the desired property, then the Success Fee becomes due and payable. The Success Fee, payable on exchange of contracts, is calculated as follows:

3. SELECT BUY-TO-LET INVESTMENT PROPERTIES FROM TRUSTED PARTNERS
A non-refundable admin fee is charged by CapEx Properties for this service, but the buyer is not charged a success/finding fee for facilitating these property opportunities. CapEx Properties receives a commission from the trusted partner on these transactions.
ADMIN FEE £750
The retainer/admin fee is due and payable upon signature of our terms document and before CapEx Properties commences the property search. The retainer fee is non-refundable, but there are no sourcing/finding/success fees due if the client purchases one of these property options.
4. RENTAL PROPERTY SEARCH FOR OWN OCCUPATION
The rental property search fee is broken down into two parts:
RETAINER FEE £1000
The retainer fee is due and payable upon signature of our terms document, before CapEx Properties commences the property search. The rental retainer fee is deductible from the Success Fee.
SUCCESS FEE
Once we have sourced and secured the desired property, then the Success Fee is due and payable and ranges in price between £1500 and £3000 (subject to mutual agreement in advance) and is payable on acceptance of the lease. These prices are exclusive of VAT.
